We harvest top quality raw materials at the peak of their ripeness and nutritional perfection from our contracted farmers and trusted suppliers.
QUICK FREEZING
Selected raw materials are cleaned, washed, cut and quick freeze just after harvest to keep optimum freshness and minimise the loss of flavour and the loss of nutrient content.
FREEZE-DRYING
Ice molecules, inside of the frozen raw materials, turn directly into a water vapour from its solid form without a melting phase and foods get slowly and gently dried over several hours under low temperatures which results in the protection of the cell structure and nutritional values of original products.
PACKAGING
Freeze-dried products are put in moisture resistant packs in our humidity and temperature- controlled room to avoid from spoilage due to excess exposure to moisture.
